Processing Time: All Anything Diamonds jewelry is custom-made. Once your ring design is confirmed and the diamond has been ordered, please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa): We ship throughout South Africa using reliable courier services. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs processing in your country. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at anythingdiamonds@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
